The Crüe welcomed U.S. Navy SEAL Veteran JJ Parma, a warrior with 11 deployments and a lifetime of elite performance experience.

JJ shared insight into operating at the highest levels — and the hidden cost of sustaining that intensity. Today, his mission centers on intentional leadership, community safety, and helping high-performing veterans transition with purpose after high-intensity service.

This was a powerful conversation about discipline, responsibility, and redefining success beyond the battlefield.

On Thursday, we welcomed Gary Thrapp, a coach, parent, and community leader with more than 40 years of experience building character through youth sports.

Gary has managed over 50,000 games, raised four successful children through competitive athletics, and continues to provide free sports programs for kids in his community. His message is simple but powerful: youth sports should build leaders, not egos.

This conversation focused on mentorship, integrity, parenting, and doing youth sports the right way.
