Here’s what happened this week:
🇺🇸 Sunday – The MisFitNation welcomed U.S. Navy Veteran Matt Johnson
Matt Johnson is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer who served more than 22 years in the United States Navy.
He began his career as a Seabee, part of the Navy’s legendary construction battalions known for operating in some of the most challenging environments in the world.
Over time, Matt rose into leadership roles and finished his military career as a Navy recruiter, mentoring and guiding the next generation of sailors.
But what makes Matt’s story even more powerful is what he’s doing now.
Today, Matt is the owner of GOTUR6IX CULTURE LLC, an apparel company centered around community, culture, and supporting causes that matter. Through partnerships with nonprofits, he continues serving the veteran community in meaningful ways.
He’s also a co-host of the Triple Threat Vets Podcast, where veterans share real stories about life after service.
⚓ Tuesday – The ToosDay Crüe welcomed Terry Weaver
Terry Weaver is a United States Navy Corpsman who deployed with the Marines to Iraq and Kuwait in the early 2000s.
That means he wasn’t just in the fight…
He was the one keeping people alive in the middle of it.
A powerful conversation about service, pressure, sacrifice, and answering the call when others need you most.
🎙️ Thursday – Rich LaMonica Presented with PodMatch
Rich had the opportunity to present a class on Podcasting Made Simple, hosted by PodMatch and Alex Sanfilippo.
His topic: Hosting Better Podcast Interviews
What an amazing experience to share lessons learned and help others grow their voice and platform in the podcasting world.
