Before joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Eric spent 12 years in Christian ministry and served as a Baptist pastor in Western New York. Then he traded the pulpit for Quantico — eventually becoming an FBI SWAT operator, firearms instructor, tactical instructor and HUMINT specialist.
During his FBI career, Eric recruited and developed confidential informants, interrogated terrorism subjects, worked national security investigations, confronted dangerous criminals and spent 15 years serving on SWAT.
And the lessons that helped him do it?
Many of them came from the ministry.
