Ron and Marty were married September 7, 1968, in a small Jonesboro, IN church, as Ron entered his senior year of college. Marty was raised on a dairy farm in Marion, IN, and Ron was raised on a dairy farm in Walkersville, MD. While they had a similar upbringing, they are very opposite yet complementary in their personality attributes. Their marriage is one of commitment as they are experiencing life’s journey of thinking, praying, studying, and goal-setting together. Their life motto is, “Our journey together and forever.” Ron and Marty live in Saint Leonard, MD on a 103-acre parcel that is a significant story and journey. “Everyone has a story that someone needs to hear.”
The Cooper Culture helps organizations (for-profit and not-for-profit) establish and maintain productive and efficient work cultures through personality insights and principled leadership implementation. They develop; customized programs for each workplace through an assessment. Their assessment method determines how well an organization communicates amongst its workforce, the level of trust within the workforce, the company values, and how well everyone knows their contribution to the organization’s strategic goals.

Ron Cooper
Founder
Ron Cooper is the Founder and CEO of The Cooper Culture, a veteran-owned small business, that advances people and organizations by challenging the status quo through quality thinking. He is a John Maxwell certified human performance coach, public speaker and leadership trainer while also being certified as a human behavior expert. He served 22 years with the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot and commander where he was awarded seven distinguished flying crosses and several leadership awards. He later served as an aerospace executive, leading companies to record growth and personnel retention rates. Ron advances people and organizations through strategic thinking, dynamic relationships, and mentoring. Outside of his client work, he mentors high school and college-bound students, teaches Sunday School, serves others as a Deacon, and lives on a 103-acre farm with his wife of 54 years. He is the proud grandfather of a 12-year-old granddaughter he affectionately calls Pooter. To her, she is Papa who drives and trains her to drive a big red tractor.
