CSM Retired Scott Schroeder dedicated 34 years of his life to the service of the United States in the Army. He served in every leadership billet from Team Leader to FORSCOM CSM. He was a CSM in Strike 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) for 6. 5 of those years and the Division CSM during the height of the Surge in Afghanistan from 2010 -2012. He always led in service from the front and now is the managing member of The Proximity Group- helping companies reduce internal pressure and increase capacity.
