While working with her one-on-one productivity coaching clients, Nicole realized that there was a need for better ways to delegate. She found most of her clients were not able or not willing to do all of the finding, hiring, training, and management that was necessary for an effective virtual team.

From this discovery, Virtual A Team was born in an effort to overcome the biggest challenges business owners face when working with virtual teams.

Nicole now averages less than 20 hours a week in her business and makes time for travel, family, and the really important things in life.
